Welcome to Course 1. Within this course, you will be introduced to our VMN President, Konan Stephens, who will share his church planting story, the vision that drives VMN, and what you can expect from VMNU. Course 1 includes the following:

• Submit Online Application
• Virtual Call with VMN President
• Virtual Call with VMN Vice President
• Pass Background Check (this will be sent to you)
• Review and Sign Memorandum of Understanding
• Download Ministry Guide

Course 2 of VMNU is designed to help you discover more about yourself. We believe that healthy churches are an overflow from healthy leaders. You and your families health are a priority at VMN.

• Enneagram Assessment
• Uniquely You Assessment
• CMN Launch (AG Churches Only) 
• Submit VMN Ministry Guide for Review
• Begin Recruitment of Launch Team
• Connect with Guide     

Throughout Course 3, a VMN Lead Team member will share the importance of not going on this journey alone. Discover more about yourself and team through selected assessments and developing your ministry plan.

• Create and File By-laws
• Articles of Incorporation
• Create Charter Documentation
• EIN/Tax ID and 501c3 Status 
• Finalize Ministry Guide
• Finalize Budget
• Connect with Guide

VMN offers an opportunity for a free internship at certain VMN Churches. Within this internship, your launch team will be able to learn from ministry experts in their specific field. An in-person internship is currently available at C3 Church in Canal Winchester, Ohio. For all other internships, your team will have a 6 week virtual connect.

• VMN Internship (6 Weeks)
• Complete VMN Launch
• Begin Fundraising
• Connect with Guide

VMN offers an opportunity for a free internship at certain VMN Churches. Within this internship, your launch team will be able to learn from ministry experts in their specific field.
